ELKOSO operates as the central brand authority, setting standards, providing technical training, and overseeing the consistency of remanufactured product quality throughout its network.
Beneath the ELKOSO umbrella, a structured network of regional distributors acts as the logistical and commercial backbone of the system.
These distributors are responsible for supplying ELKOSO-certified spare parts and components to a network of ELKOSO Authorized Service independent or affiliated workshops equipped and certified to carry out precision injector remanufacturing according to ELKOSO standards.
Each distributor supports and supplies ELKOSO Authorized Service, creating a stable supply chain that ensures workshops have consistent access to parts. In return, ELKOSO Authorized Service deliver fully remanufactured injectors back to their supporting distributors. This two-way flow supports efficient inventory management and ensures high availability of ready-to-use products.
Moreover, distributors are empowered to trade remanufactured injectors among themselves, enhancing the flexibility and responsiveness of the network.
This peer-to-peer trading capability allows surplus stock in one region to meet demand
in another, optimizing availability and minimizing delays.
